Decorative

Hello Friends, I have a baby of 2 years old who has eczema. It stared since he was 45 days old. I tried many things and all store cream when I say all I mean ALL and I didn’t have any good results. Now he is doing very well and I am sharing this information so that it can beneficial to someone that need it.

1.    For bathing and shampoo use “Pure Castile Soap”. The option for baby is fragrance free and it is basically oils that will help the baby skin because eczema make baby skin so dry.

2.   For daily skin care I only use this A-Derma Exomega Control. This cream is very clean and fragrance free. The downside is that it’s hard to find it in stores because is made in France but I have been able to get it only on Amazon.

3.   All clothes have to be 100% Cotton.

4.   Help their immune system with supplements like probioticsOmega 3 and Vitamin D. (Please ask pediatrician before using any)

5.   If doing the first 4 steps does not help or you don’t see any change in the first 10 – 21 days, speak with the doctor about the possibilities of food allergies.

6. For Laundry, use the same "Pure Castile Soap" with some baking soda.

Also, Skin needs to be hydrated and humectated always, avoid drastic changes.

In summary, eczema can be frustrating, but with right help you can get over it.    This is my personal opinion based in my own experience, but before taking it into consideration don’t forget to ask your doctor as every child is different. Remember you are not alone.
